Departures from the hotel at 7:00 am.
Returns at 7:00 pm.
NOTE: The tour does NOT operate on Sundays.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

* Two circuits of seven ziplines each (3.8 km total), including the highest zipline in the Riviera Maya.

* Amphibious vehicle to drive through the jungle, bridges and flooded caverns.

* Subway river tour aboard a raft, paddling with your hands.

* Circuit to swim in a river of stalactites.

* Hammocking.

* Entrance to the Toboganxote.

* Subterranean Expedition

* Unlimited snacks and non-alcoholic beverages (oatmeal cookies, fruits, smoothies and fresh water).

* Buffet lunch.

* Locker for two people.

* Rest areas, dressing rooms and restrooms.

* Other services (WiFi, ATMs and stores at additional cost).

* Round trip transportation to the park.

RECOMMENDATIONS

* Bring printed purchase receipt with you.

* Xplor activities are recommended for children over 5 years old.

* Wear a bathing suit, water shoes and insect repellent.

* Bring an extra set of clothes and towel.

* Use sunscreens, repellents and suntan lotions containing titanium oxide and zinc oxide.

* Confirm the time and place of departure of the tour.

* Bring cash or card for souvenirs or photos.

* Children over 1.40 m, but under 12 years of age, must present identification to prove their age.

* Some activities are not recommended for pregnant women or people with certain health conditions.

CONDITIONS

1. Shared services have a maximum waiting time of 5-8 minutes when stopping at the hotels.

2. Cancellations are accepted at least 24 hours prior to departure.
