Monday to Sunday
Transportation is between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. depending on the location of your hotel.
Duration: 9 to 12 hours (depending on the starting point).

* Round trip transfer from your hotel or meeting point by panoramic bus.
* Light breakfast on board (baguette, pancake and juice).
* Radio guidance device with headphones.
* Tour of Chichén Itzá with a certified bilingual guide.
* Reusable water bottle and bottle holder for the archaeological site.
* Soft drinks, bottled water and beer on board the bus.
* Visit to Tsukán cenote with swimming (bathing suit and towel required; life jacket rental included).
* Buffet of Yucatecan gastronomy and drinks at La Casona de Valladolid restaurant.
* Transfer back to your hotel or meeting point.

The itinerary may have modifications in the order of visit according to the operation.

NOTE:

- The use of a video camera inside the archaeological site pays an extra tax that is not included in the tour price.
- Children under 12 years of age with a height greater than 1.40 m must also present identification to prove their age.
- Reserve 24 hours in advance and bring the service voucher.

RECOMMENDATIONS

- Wear comfortable beach clothes and a bathing suit. Bring a towel and an extra set of clothes.
- Sunscreens and suntan lotions should only contain titanium oxide and zinc oxide for use in the park.
- Bring cash or a credit card to buy souvenirs, do optional activities or purchase photos of your visit.
- Confirm the time and place of departure of your transportation.
- Wear a hat or cap and sunglasses.

CONDITIONS

1. Shared services have a maximum waiting time of 5-8 minutes when stopping by the hotels in order to offer a better service.
2. Cancellations are accepted at least 24 hrs prior to tour departure, less than 24 hrs or no shows at boarding apply 100% service charge.
3. Departures from hotels located in the city center have meeting points to be confirmed upon booking.
4. Departures from hotels on the Laguna side of the lagoon have meeting points that are confirmed at the time of booking.
