XENOTES

Xenotes is the only tour in Cancun that takes you to know the four types of cenotes that exist in nature: semiopen crystal clear cenote, open, large ancient cenote and blue cavern cenote. Enjoy activities such as assisted rappel, zip lines, kayaking, aquatic exploration swim, and high jumps. To recharge your energy, a delicious picnic will be waiting for you. With a minimum of 10 people, the tour is provided in private service. Departure and return times may change according to the group's requirements.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

* Round trip transportation with a certified guide throughout the tour.
* Visit the different types of cenotes that exist in the world.
* Assisted rappel descent in Lu'um, a cavern cenote.
* Zip lines and high jumps at K'áak', an open cenote, and at Lik, an ancient cenote.
* Kayak tour in Ha', a semi-open cenote.
* Aquatic exploration swim in Ha', a semi-open cenote.
* Non-alcoholic beverages (water and soda) and hot drinks (chocolate champurrado and coffee), plus seasonal fruit at the exit of the first cenote.
* Picnic that includes: julienne soup, cold bar of premium meats and cheeses, variety of rustic breads and dressings, to prepare your own food accompanied by salads, water, wine and beer.
* Equipment: life jacket, visor, rappel gear, kayak and tire.
* Use of restrooms, dressing rooms and towels

RECOMMENDATIONS

* Wear comfortable beach clothes and a bathing suit.
* Bring a towel and an extra set of clothes.
* Sunscreens and suntan lotions should only contain titanium oxide and zinc oxide for use in the park.
* Bring cash or a credit card to buy souvenirs, do optional activities or purchase photos of your visit.

NOTE

- 25% discount on admission for children from 6 to 11 years old.
- Children under 12 years of age with a height greater than 1.40 m must also present identification to prove their age.
- For the zip line activity a minimum height of 1.40 m and a minimum weight of 40 kg is required.
- Reserve 24 hours in advance and bring the service voucher

CONDITIONS

1. Shared services have a maximum waiting time of 5-8 minutes when stopping by the hotels in order to offer a better service.
2. Cancellations are accepted at least 24 hrs prior to tour departure, less than 24 hrs or no shows at boarding apply 100% service charge.
3. Departures from hotels located in the city center have meeting points to be confirmed upon booking.
4. Departures from hotels on the Laguna side of the lagoon have meeting points that are confirmed at the time of booking.
