RECOMMENDATIONS

* Bring printed purchase receipt.

* Wear comfortable beach clothes and bathing suit.

* Bring a towel and an extra set of clothes.

* Use sunscreens and suntan lotions containing titanium oxide and zinc oxide.

* Children under 4 years old are free and children from 5 to 11 years old pay half the adult ticket price (present ID at the park's ticket office).

* Children under 12 years of age with a height greater than 1.40 m must also present identification to prove their age.

CONDITIONS

1. Shared services have a maximum waiting time of 5-8 minutes when stopping at the hotels.

2. Cancellations are accepted at least 24 hours prior to tour departure. Less than 24 hours or No Shows at boarding apply 100% service charge.

3. Departures from hotels located in the city center with meeting points to be confirmed upon reservation.

4. Departures from hotels on the lagoon side of the lagoon have meeting points that are confirmed at the time of booking.
