RIO SECRETO

STEP BY STEP (half day)

* Arrival at the reception and service area located on the Cancun - Tulum Highway km 283.5, 5 minutes from Playa del Carmen.

* Welcome video.

* Transportation to Rio Secreto Reserve (approximately 15 minutes).

* Arriving at the reserve, our guides will welcome the visitors, give them the security measures and the appropriate equipment.

* Prior to entering the Mayan underworld, visitors will walk through the trails of the nature reserve where they will receive a Mayan welcome.

* Visitors will walk through its beautiful natural glass galleries in a 1km tour with a minimum duration of 1:30 hrs.

* Return of equipment.

* Toast with Xtabentun.

* Viewing photos of the tour.

* Food and beverages.

* Return to reception for transfer on your own or with the hired transportation.

Access to the Natural Reserve.

OBSERVATIONS

* Operated daily.

* Schedule: Riviera Maya from: 9:00 a.m to 2:00 p.m. - From Cancun operated by Rio Secreto (minimum 6 pax) or private modality.

* You are requested to arrive 30 minutes early to avoid delays.

* Languages daily: English, Spanish and French. Other languages upon request.

* Operable under any weather conditions.

* Minimum age 4 years old.

* Babysitting service, under reservation with additional cost.

* Maximum weight recommended 120 kg/250lb.

* Camera or video camera not allowed inside the subway river.

* Tour not recommended for people with severe physical or motor disabilities, heart problems, pregnant women and people under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

* Avoid using chemical products (sunscreen, repellent, excessive make-up, etc.) inside the subway river.
