This is an economical, safe and secure service provided by the official transportation company of the event. SHUTTLE SHARED services are available all day but must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. It is ideal for single travelers and couples since the price is per person. Since it is a shared vehicle with other passengers, sometimes it may be required for guests to wait for 10 to 20 minutes for other passengers with a similar flight schedule and going in the same direction.

The service includes meet and greet at the airport and ground transportation to hotels in Playa del Carmen. Transportation is provided by federally licensed drivers in insured transportation units with all state permits to operate pre-contracted transportation services. Royale Tours staff will meet you at the Cancun International Airport in the Ground Transportation area, located outside the terminal building, right after the baggage claim and customs area, you will be able to identify the staff by the banner they will use with your name or the name of the event.

Transportation is provided by federally licensed drivers in transportation units with insurance and all state permits to operate pre-contracted transportation services. Royale Tours staff will leave a voicemail or send a note to your room the day before your departure to let you know when the driver will pick you up at the hotel. Upon arrival to the airport, please ignore the modules inside the terminal announced as "Tourist Information", "Car Rental" and "Information Services", as well as people who will be asking if you already have your transportation and offering help to locate your transportation. These people often sell timeshare or other services and use this technique to attract and retain passengers, sometimes even pretending to call the company with whom you have pre-arranged your transportation to pretend that there is a problem and then offer their own services.
After picking up your luggage, follow the signs inside the airport that indicate the pre-contracted ground transportation area. Avoid arriving mistakenly to the reception area for "Friends and Family" as it is an area our staff is not allowed by the airport authorities to access to meet you.
