Ground transportation service to or from Cancun International Airport and Playa del Carmen Hotels. The service operates in EXP. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your group without sharing the transportation unit with other passengers. The official transportation company of the event (Royale Tours) operates this service.
PRIVATE services allow you to have the security of having your transportation unit ready and separate for you. The price is per vehicle as long as the number of passengers does not exceed 6.
Specifications for arrival trips:
The service includes meet and greet at the airport and ground transportation to hotels in Playa del Carmen. Transportation is provided by federally licensed drivers in insured transportation units with all state permits to operate pre-contracted transportation services. Royale Tours staff will meet you at the Cancun International Airport in the Ground Transportation area, located outside the terminal building, right after the baggage claim and customs area, you will be able to identify the staff by the banner they will use with your name or the name of the event.
Specifications for return to the airport:
Transportation is provided by federally licensed drivers in transportation units with insurance and all state permits to operate pre-contracted transportation services. Royale Tours staff will leave a voicemail or send a note to your room the day before your departure to let you know when the driver will pick you up at the hotel. The meeting point is at the front desk of the hotel.

Upon arrival to the airport, please ignore the modules inside the terminal announced as "Tourist Information", "Car Rental" and "Information Services", as well as people who will be asking if you already have your transportation and offering help to locate your transportation. These people often sell timeshare or other services and use this technique to attract and retain passengers, sometimes even pretending to call the company with whom you have pre-arranged your transportation to pretend that there is a problem and then offer their own services.
After picking up your luggage, follow the signs inside the airport that indicate the pre-contracted ground transportation area. Avoid arriving mistakenly to the reception area for "Friends and Family" as it is an area our staff is not allowed by the airport authorities to access to meet you.
Instructions for your return trip:
Depending on the type of flight that you have (domestic or international); and the distance between the hotel and the airport, Royale Tours staff will assign you a schedule so that you can arrive on time for your flight.
