XEL-HA

Xel-Ha, “Place where the waters are born”, is a natural park where you can find cenotes, caves, a large cove to snorkel and admire a great variety of fish, rivers, trails between the mangrove and cenotes, manatees, colorful birds such as macaws, ducks, toucans and flamingos. Enjoy bike rides, hammocks, beach and sea. In addition, the Xel-Ha tour includes a fabulous ride on the river aboard inflatable tires, which will allow you to quietly admire the natural beauty of the jungle and this beautiful river. The Xel-Ha All Inclusive Tour allows you to visit the most impressive water park and enjoy beaches, natural pools, cenotes and caves, including an incredible marine fauna that only in Xel-Ha you can experience, in addition to all the water activities available in Cancun and the Riviera Maya.

Duration: 11 hours.
Schedule: 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
NOTE: With a minimum of 10 people, the tour is provided in private service, departure and return times may change according to the group's requirements.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

* Round transportation.
* Enjoy life jackets, tires in the rivers and mangroves, snorkeling equipment (with your own snorkel tube), a giant slide, zip lines, kayaks in the lagoon and a jungle train.
* Entrance to the park with access to more than 36 regular activities.
* Access to 4 restaurants and 5 bars with unlimited food and beverages.
* Use of towels, lounge chairs, hammocks and lockers
* Playground for children

RECOMMENDATIONS

* Bring printed purchase receipt.
* Wear comfortable beach clothes and bathing suit.
* Bring a towel and an extra set of clothes.
* Use sunscreens and suntan lotions containing titanium oxide and zinc oxide.
* Bring cash or credit card to buy souvenirs, do some optional activity or purchase photos of your visit.
* Children 4 years old and younger enter the park free of charge.
* Children between 5-11 years of age pay child rate.

NOT INCLUDED - Activities such as Swim with Dolphins, Sea Trek, Speedboat and other activities sold separately at the Park.

CONDITIONS

1. Shared services have a maximum waiting time of 5-8 minutes when passing through the hotels.
2. Cancellations are accepted at least 24 hours prior to tour departure. Less than 24 hours or No Shows at boarding apply 100% service charge.
3. Departures from hotels located in the city center with meeting points to be confirmed upon reservation.
4. Departures from hotels on the lagoon side of the lagoon have meeting points that are confirmed at the time of booking.
